How do you merge trendy LA style with adorable farm animals?

The Humane Society of the United States is a non-profit organization dedicated to ending animal cruelty and protecting animals with compassionate action. The LA event’s beneficiary, The Farm Animal Protection campaign, is an effort started by the HSUS to bring attention to—and put an end to—animal suffering in factory farms.
THE CHALLENGE
Using methods from undercover investigation to legal action, this passionately compassionate group works to expose and cease animal suffering in factory farms. They have collaborated with food retail giants like McDonalds and Costco to institute humane practices around food sourcing. Hosting a successful event in a trend-heavy city like Los Angeles required a visual aesthetic that elegantly illustrated the cause, raising awareness and funding.
THE SOLUTION
Think Baseline worked closely with the HSUS to determine the best look for this special event. The client wanted a design style that was on trend, but had an organic feel, with an earthy color palette and appealing images of the animals. Using a blend of photography and illustration along with clean design and inspirational messaging, the event branding provided a high-end feel for a down-to-earth cause.
