The Financial Boutique

Client Challenge:

How can a small business position their brand for bigger and better things?

The Financial Boutique, based in the Washington, DC area, is a full-service bookkeeping and accounting outsourcer serving small businesses, corporations and government contractors around the United States.

THE CHALLENGE

The Financial Boutique had goals to move beyond a small business model and prepare for growth, with a specific eye on larger corporate clients. Our client wanted to redefine her client base and identify realistic new potential clients that would fit into that growth plan.

THE SOLUTION

To give The Financial Boutique a strategic and effective focus that supported goals of growth, we started by restructuring service offerings and assessing the best and most profitable customer verticals. A professional, polished aesthetic was incorporated into the company’s print and digital presence, creating brand credibility and a high-end boutique feel.

“When I first started my business, I knew it was important to have a website. Think Baseline came highly recommended. They took the time to meet with me and understand my client base, my services and my vision for the business—and actually helped me to narrow my client focus. I know I made the right choice in choosing Think Baseline.”
